Invitation | Freedom Concert | May 5 at Netherlands Carillon

I've been asked by Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the United States of America, Birgitta Tazelaar, to deliver remarks at the Freedom Concert at The Netherlands Carillon in Washington, D.C. on May 5.

This date marks the 80th anniversary of the end of Nazi occupation and full restoration of freedom to The Netherlands. In addition to remarks by the Ambassador and yours truly, there will be military bands, military equipment, the chimes of the carillon, and all sorts of treats courtesy of this important friend to the United States.
